As a graduate of Emory University, Tom found the school’s home, Atlanta, GA to be an outstanding environment to create an international interactive media consulting firm, Digital Glue. His time in Atlanta also saw the formation of his residential real estate rehabbing and investment company, Atlas Home Buyers.
A tenacious entrepreneur, Tom believes in following one’s dreams and enjoys helping others realize theirs. He continues to involve himself with like-minded business professionals in a variety of start-up ventures.

Chad Pardue was born in Indiana and moved to Spring Hill, FL when he was 3. He was raised by his parents right here in Hernando County with his 5 sisters and 1 brother. He grew up loving sports, the outdoors, working with his hands. After attending college in Central FL and living in South FL for a few years, Chad returned to Hernando County to put down roots with his own family. Having been here since 1980, Chad has been around to be a part of the tremendous growth and change that Hernando County has experienced over the years.
Chad has served as a leader in the community in several areas, including, sports teams, church and ministry groups and community outreach. But it is Chad’s passion for people and homes that has drawn him to be a part of the Real Estate community for 15+ years now. For Chad, this started by owning his own Home Repair & Remodeling Business as well as a Home Inspection Company, which served many of the local realtors and new home owners.
It is through these experiences, background and relationships that Chad is now developing into one of the premier Real Estate Agents of Hernando County. His passion for people and homes has found to be a perfect match for the real estate industry by making the process enjoyable, simple and efficient.

Trishelle Blackwell was born in New Port Richey and has lived there for the majority of her life. She attended Gulf High School and was the drum major of her school band. She also graduated from The University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s of Arts in History. Trishelle has a concentration with web design and computers and is working towards her Bachelor’s of Science in Information Technology. In the early years, Trishelle had partnered with a real estate agent as her transaction coordinator. During this time, Trishelle helped many people that had distressed properties during the real estate downturn and successfully helped them to sell their properties by negotiating their circumstances with their lienholders. Trishelle also has her real estate license, but it is with her preference that she maintains the transactions and marketing aspects of The Atlas Group in lieu of real estate relations.
Trishelle enjoys photography, photoshop, and hiking. She also loves to scrapbook.
